Certain conspiracy theorists believe that the climate control programs that are carried out by the military on approval from the United States Government are implemented to basically control the temperatures by creating artificial clouds and also to manipulate the ionosphere with the help of ionosphere heaters. Both these policies are controlled the operations of the military and military has the powers to go on the offensive when needed with these policies. There are a wide number of ionosphere heaters installed at various places all across the globe which suggests that most of the like minded governments of the world are looking to reach the climate targets that they have in mind by 2025. This way they will be able to control the planet and the weather pattern.

There are a lot of internet and radio programs that propagate various versions of the chemtrail conspiracy theory. A few accounts have gone ahead and stated that chemicals used for chemtrail are: thorium, polymer fibers, barium salt, aluminum salt or silicon carbide. Some of the theories allege that the atmosphere is bombarded with electrically conductive materials that are part of the huge electromagnetic super weapons program that is loosely based on the HAARP. People who believe in conspiracy theories say that the Chemtrails are toxic and can cause huge health problems for the humans living on this planet. The conspiracy of Chemtrails ranges from the chemical population control to the military weapons training and of course climate control. The federal agencies and the scientists have always denied the findings of the conspiracy theorists saying that the sky tracks seen in the atmosphere are persistent contrails and are not Chemtrails. But, theorists are adamant that the traces of Chemtrails are clearly evident and can be distinguished from contrails because of its longer duration and they persist in the atmosphere for more than half a day and finally sometimes transform into cirrus clouds.
